Glow Lab – Return & Refund Policy

At Glow Lab, each Glow Kit is prepared with care and attention to quality. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a kit has been purchased.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
In such cases, we will provide a replacement kit or issue a refund for the defective product.

Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable if the item is proven to be damaged upon arrival or if you received the wrong item.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
